When children are relaxed, safe and valued as well as having fun at the same time it can build their confidence and develop independence.

About us

Rascals is a privately owned combined pre-school, nursery and kids club. Children can stay with us all day, however we also provide a breakfast club, morning playgroup session, a lunch club, an afternoon playgroup session and an after school club too, with some children staying for dinner.

We are open all year, with only a closure at Christmas.

We are currently able to pick children up from Glebe Schools, Our Lady of Ransom, Edward Francis and Downhall Primary.

Your children do not have to be potty trained to come to us! We will happily help with training.

7 members of staff have the minimum NVQ level 2, qualification in childcare, with a further 6 achieving level 3. One member of staff has gone on to attain her Degree in childhood and youth studies (please see our qualification page for more details).

We are members of the Pre-school Learning Alliance and the National Day Nursery Association.
